We acquire landscape-scale parcels of southern Chile's last temperate rainforest and bind them to Chilean Law 20.930 — a perpetual conservation deed. Each project pairs hard preservation with a low-density, brand-led hospitality operation and a limited circle of custodial residences. Returns are measured in hectares conserved, species protected and capital that appreciates as wilderness becomes scarce.

1,820 contiguous hectares of Valdivian rainforest with 1.7 km of private Pacific coast between Bahía Mansa and Caleta Cóndor. Held by a single-purpose Chilean SpA with a registered perpetual conservation easement.

Carbon estimates use a conservative 200 t CO₂/ha/yr figure documented for mature Valdivian temperate rainforest (Carmona et al., 2002; CONAF baselines). IUCN species count includes alerce (EN), pudú (VU), monito del monte (VU), huillín, güiña and Darwin's frog among others recorded on the Mapu Lahual coast.
Pipeline
A mosaic of peatlands and Sphagnum bogs on the eastern shore of Isla Grande de Chiloé — one of the most efficient carbon sinks per hectare on the planet, currently threatened by extractive harvesting.
Headwaters and old-growth lenga forest in the Baker watershed, the river of greatest volume in Chile. Adjacent to Patagonia National Park, designed as a buffer of private conservation around public parkland.
